Classes: Birch Fitness offers small group fitness classes in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment. We challenge you mentally and physically in new and exciting ways with each class. Workout variations, workout durations, and workout equipment are altered daily, meaning a different workout each time you walk through the door. Community: Come for the workout, stay for the people. Birch Fitness is an enjoyable social and fitness experience. With the connections you create here, you create valuable relationships to motivate you not only inside the gym, but outside the gym as well. The bonds built within our four walls are what make your fitness experience priceless. As a community of friends and family, each sole individual plays a vital part of what makes us Birch Fitness. Bonds here are bonds for life. Coaching: Coaching is very hands on and safety is always a top priority. Classes always consist of skills and drills to improve your form and range of motion. Coach to Client ratio will always be 1:10, or less, to ensure that you receive one-on-one attention in every class. The attention given to each client is more like personal training than group fitness classes.
